A Rower like they used to be! The Cyber Rower is a traditional fan rower, that uses air resistance. Training with the Cyber rower makes you think you are back at the gym. It has very smooth resistance throughout the range of motion. It is perfect for the person who likes good old fashioned, hard training!

The CFF Cyber Rower does not come with unnecessary bells and whistles. It has been designed to be simple and easy to use. How easy? Simply get on and start rowing. The timer begins automatically.

The Cyber rower has a 10-position adjustable fan for air resistance. This feature is typically only found on rowers twice the price.

The exercise computer provides all the feedback you need, at a glance. Time of workout, distance traveled, strokes, and calories burned are all shown on the large window display.

The Cyber Rower is designed to offer a smooth, solid, and comfortable rowing workout at home for a low-impact, full-body workout. By utilizing wind for rowing resistance, the Rower allows the user to determine the resistance intuitively--the harder and faster the user rows, the greater the resistance will be. A built-in multifunction monitor displays distance, calories burned, speed, and time as you workout. Built for smooth operation, the Cyber Rower features an oversized, angled seat rail and smooth sliding seat for easy seat return. The seat is ergonomically molded for comfort and the textured grips are designed for a stable and secure grip while rowing. Large footplates and adjustable nylon foot straps accommodate any size of user. When you're not using the Cyber Rower, the steel frame folds and rolls away on built-in wheels.
